What is the cost of postage in UK?

The postage is £1.00 per collective delivery and free if you spend over £25.00, this is usually sent using the standard royal mail service, if you require postal insurance please contact us.

What is the cost of postage outside of th UK?

For European and international orders there is a standard charge of £2.50 and free if you spend oer £25.00

What if I don't have a PayPal account or a credit/debit card?

Although we prefer electronic payment we also accept cheques and postal orders, if you wish to pay by either of these methods then please email us before hand using either  mail@trippynik.com or the contact form on the contact us page.

When will my order to arrive?

We will always do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, however occassionally there may be a delay, we will notify you if your item is delayed at our end. Please wait approx 5 days for U.K orders, and 2/3 weeks for international orders.

 Can I my return items?

We do not offer refunds in normal circumstances although please let us know if you are not happy with your item(s). We will never send a faulty or damaged product, we do however accept that accidents can happen in transit.If a replacement is not available we can offer an exchange or a full refund.

What if  something is out of stock?

If you have placed the order and something is out of stock  we will send you an email letting you know how long the item will be, if the item has been discontinued will email you offering a refund. If you are unsure about the products stock level contact us.

We offer gift wrapping at an small additional cost, please contact us via the contact page or at mail@trippynik.com for further enquirys.

Can I hold a trippynik party?

yes if the party is held in the north east area (please check the map on the party page to see where trippynik parties can be held).

As a general rule the organiser must be over 18 or have a parents permission before booking a party.

Where can we have the party? 

Parties can be held in most venues; your home, bars, clubs, festivals, colleges, universities although you will need premission! 

It is the responsibility of the party hostess to organise a venue.
